hello,when u want to start treatment in a tank its better to have clear water, just change about 25% of the water then start treatment as for the dosage,I usually give half of the dosage in morning then half another in 12 hours,this way the chance of overdosing your fish will become very low wait for 24-48 hours then change 40% of the water to remove the medications,if u are dealing with. Then perform a second dose of Clout or PraziPro if your using the medication route. Day 5 I will again perform a large 50-70% water change to remove all waste and medications from the water column.
